Glass King is an Arizona-based glass company in the business of automotive glass replacement and glass repair. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the work that we do, or those independent contractors or companies we contract with, please let us know and we will attempt to rectify the situation and satisfy you to the best of our ability.
Some of the work we do is contracted through outside firms. In the event that you have an issue with the installation or quality of workmanship during or after the job, you may need to take your complaint or question directly to the firm who did the work. Before you have any work done as a direct or indirect result of any form of communication with Glass King or its officers, owner or employees, be sure to ask if these workers belong to our firm or if it is a firm contracted to do the work on our behalf. If an independent contractor does work for you, it is their responsibility with any regard to the work they do, regardless of whether or not they were hired by Glass King.
Privacy is important to us. Any information that you provide to our firm is held and kept in strict confidence. At NO time do we market or sell your information. We may, however, use your information to market or offer other products and/or services to you.
Glass King can and does use independent contractors for automotive, home and business glass installation, replacement and repair. These independent contractors are not directly employed by our firm. When it comes to automotive glass replacements and repairs for a vehicle, residence or business, we often use outside glass companies and services. These outside firms may have their own website and privacy policy/legal notice. Before you allow anyone to work on your vehicle, home or business in any capacity, including any company working on behalf of Glass King for any glass or window tint reasons, it is your job and obligation to investigate their privacy policy or legal notice beforehand.
In addition to automotive glass replacement and repair, Glass King markets other products and/or services including, but not limited to, window tint, residential and commercial glass repair, replacement and installation.
